1. 🛒 Orders & Payments

All artwork and products listed on this site are available for purchase through secure payment methods powered by PayPal Commerce.

Prices are listed in CAD and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
Orders are processed once full payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability). If this happens, you’ll be refunded in full.

2. 🎨 Product Descriptions & Colours

Each piece is created with care and photographed to reflect its true colors and details. However:

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to lighting and monitor settings.
All artworks and products are handmade or custom-printed, so small variations may occur—this is part of what makes each piece unique.

If you ever have questions before purchasing, don’t hesitate to reach out.

3. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within Canada (and select international locations by request).

Standard shipping is handled via trusted carriers such as Canada Post.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service levels.

4. 📬 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of most items, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make things right. I want you to be happy with your art.

5. 📧 Communication

When you make a purchase or contact me, your email may be used to send order updates or respond to inquiries.

You may also receive occasional emails about new product launches or events—but you can opt out of marketing communications anytime via the unsubscribe link.
